Welcome
to the official Web site for Ivy Hall subdivision, a family oriented
residential community in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
(Map & Directions). Our neighborhood
consists of 252 detached homes built |

between the mid-1990s
and early 2000s.
Homes range in size from about 1,100 to 2,000
square feet. Young families and retirees make up most of our
households. Location is one of the most attractive features of
Ivy Hall, which is minutes away from historic Charleston, sandy
beaches, fine shopping and outstanding public schools. The
primary purpose of this Web site is to provide useful information
to Ivy Hall residents, including
downloadable copies of
the
"Covenants,
Conditions & Restrictions"
and "Enforcement
Procedure" as well as |

newsletter updates. This site will
